A birthstone is a precious material that symbolizes the month of birth in the Gregorian calendar. Birth stones are also sometimes called birthday stones, crystals, or gemstones.
There are many references of birth-stones being used by many cultures since ancient times. Tradition suggested that everyone should wear the birthstone of the month each month of the year, since the powers of each gemstone are heightened during one particular month. For the fullest effect, individuals needed to own an entire set of twelve gemstones and rotate them so that they carry the monthly birthstone. For example Diamond is the birthstone for April and Emerald is the birthstone for May.
Due to the long history of birthstones use there have been variations among cultures. In 1912, in an effort to standardize birthstones, the organization Jewelers of America officially adopted a list of birthstones. We call these Modern Birthstones to distinguish them from the Traditional zodiac Birthstones. The officially adopted by the Jewelers of America list is currently the most widely used list.

Biorhythm Calculator
The belief that human affairs follow periodic laws is ancient; found in natal astrology and in folk culture. Biorhythm is a relatively recent development devised in the late nineteenth century by William Fliess, a physician and patient of Sigmund Freud. Fliess believed that he observed regularities in intervals of 23 and 28 days in various phenomena, including births and deaths. He labeled the 23 days cycle "male rhythm" and the 28 days one "female rhythm", matching the menstrual cycle.
Alfred Teltscher, a professor at the University of Innsbruck, came to the conclusion that his students' "good" and "bad" days followed a rhythmic pattern with duration of 33 days. Teltscher believed that the brain's ability to absorb, mental ability, and alertness followed a 33 day period.
These rhythms begin at birth and oscillate in steady fashion throughout one's life. By drawing these biorhythms a person's level of physical, emotional, intellectual, aesthetic, as well as spiritual ability can be predicted.
The drawing in this page is your personal Biorhythm chart. It displays your biorhythm levels for today (0.0) as well as for the following 30 days. Each of these lines moves up and down between high and low extremes; days that the curve crosses the zero line are described as "critical days" of greater risk or uncertainty.

Please note that not all words have a dream interpretation, this dictionary is temporal and we are working on a better solution!
